We use the domain names and service options you enter to check availability and display prices. Search results may be temporarily cached.
Checkout and payment
We use your selected products, domain name and configuration to prepare your order. Your country, province or state and business status help determine payment options and estimated taxes. A username check confirms whether your chosen account name is available.
When you submit an order, the contact information and service details needed to fulfil it are shared with the services that process billing, registration and account setup. Transfer authorization codes, server passwords and certificate requests are transmitted only when required for your purchase. Payment details are entered on the secure payment page.
We retain limited order references and attempt information to help prevent duplicate submissions. These duplicate-prevention records do not contain your contact details, server password, transfer authorization code or payment token. A short-lived encrypted account-setup or payment response may be retained for up to one hour to let an interrupted checkout continue. Card numbers are never stored by this website.
Customer login and support
Sign-in connects you to your hosting control panel. The storefront does not store your hosting password. Account recovery and support are available through your account services.
